Here's what's new/going on with you:
- Marissa is completely off the bottle now. She had her last bottle on Friday, September 2nd and hasn't had one since. Such a big girl now!
- Marissa officially has 3 teeth. 2 on the bottom, one on the top and working on the 4th, I can see it but it hasn't poked through yet.
- Favorite word is still dada but she is starting to pick up on other words and really starting to understand us. We think she is saying "up," "dog," "thank you" and a few other short words.
- She knows where mommy and daddy's nose is.
- She knows that shoes go on her feet (though she tries to put two shoes on one foot).
- Hates getting dressed and not a fan of diaper changes. She is far too busy to be laying on a table to get her diaper changed or to get dressed.
- Walking is her primary source of getting around these days. Crawling is for babies!
- She falls asleep on her back but usually flips to her stomach or side sometime in the night.
- Still sucking her thumb to soothe herself and she LOVES her teddy.
- When you say "hello" she puts her hand or closest toy up to her ear like she's talking on the phone.
- She knows that you point the remote at the TV (she's been watching daddy a little too much).
- Loves wrestling! She will run up to you and fall in your lap and loves being "slammed" down. She giggles and rolls around like it's the best game ever.
- Girl's got moves...she loves dancing when she hears music.
- She must get this from me, but she tends to be very shy around new people.
